Terms and Conditions

All appointments including online appointments last 60 minutes unless negotiated separately.

When an appointment time has been agreed I will send you my terms of therapy electronically which I will ask you to read, sign and return

Payment 24 hours before the scheduled time will confirm your appointment. If payment is not received then it will be understood that you no longer require the appointment and it will be cancelled.

Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate as will appointments missed without notice.

I try and keep this website as up to date as possible and at the moment I am following my governing body guidelines and only working remotely. However as of April 12th 2021 I will be re-opening my clinic in Hove and working in person. With COVID-19 in mind I am waiting for government guidance as to the protocols which may need to be in place at my clinic when I re-open. I am already taking appointments so if you would prefer to visit my clinic then please do contact me. I will obviously continue to offer remote appointments for overseas clients and those clients living elsewhere in the UK. Please see the days/times I am available for remote or in person appointments.

General Data Protection Regulation 2018

Subject to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, minimal notes about my client sessions are kept securely and in line with good practice and ethical standards they are used only as an aide memoire. No one else will have access to them and will be held for 7 years. No electronic records are kept on my clients, save their email address and mobile telephone number through which we would occasionally communicate for the purpose of making appointments or clarification thereof. Any identifying data on any client will be held securely and separate to any notes which will have an assigned reference code for identification purposes.
